Wow - what a difference!!! I want to be in your class! Good luck this year.
God bless elementary teachers and the atmosphere ya'll create! :) I put up a few posters on my white walls and i'm good to go for the year! hehe. I just mesmorize them by my teaching abilities ;)
Oooo...I *love* it! I especially like your little reading area with the rug and the throw pillows...it looks cozy.
Many blessings to you today, Pam, and this year!
What a fabulous transformation!
These pictures make me want to reread Horton Hears a Who and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
Christine: You're welcome to come and visit anytime!
Pomo: Yeah...i know you "coach types" hehe! For me, my classroom is an extension of "me" and reflects my personality as a teacher/person. I think even when I retire someday in the wild blue yonder i'll want a room in my house where i can decorate like this....i'm weird, i know. ;)
Ally: Thanks so much! Hope all is well with your school/schedule/family! Good to hear from you!
Jarred: Thanks!!! :)
Kurt: Well....why don't you plan your trip to the park here and you could come and read "Horton Hears A Who" to my class. I can just imagine what a great job you'd do with all the voices and such!
I love it!!
Thanks CArol!
That's fun! You're gonna take some creativity to the country! ;-)
Em,
That's one way of looking at it...since I couldn't take Starbucks!
;) If you'll come see me I'll get wireless access, though.

I'm impressed. I especially like that you put your name in big letters on one of the walls. ;)
You can't go wrong decorating a classroom with Peanuts!
