Much to Blog

I've got a computer full of pictures and several posts stewing around in my head to accompany many of them.....

....but all I can think of right now is how incredibly awesome it is to be HOME with Sparky and Emma curled up next to me, my ceiling fan humming quietly overhead, and my two favorite pillows just waiting for me to continue from where I was so rudely interrupted this morning.

Here's one little "teaser" of a photo that will accompany my next post.
Yes boys and girls, we can finally confirm once and for all that Pam/Grace and "Big Daddy" Kurt are not the same person! What fun we had. More to come....

How do we know that the guy in the picture is really Kurt? How do we know the image wasn't doctored?

I'm unconvinced. ;)

As a humorous, barely related aside, I eventually quit carrying my sister's photograph in my wallet because friends insisted that the picture was really of me in drag. I kid you not.

Just before I quit carrying it, however, I went on a mission trip to Jamaica. As a team building exercise, our trip leader would choose two people to spend twenty minutes talking about themselves each night. The night I was chosen, I decided to have a little fun. I took out the picture and handed it to the person next to me, telling them to pass it around. I promised to explain the picture at the end of my talk. When the picture made it about halfway around the circle (followed by laughs), one of my team members finally announced, "Jarred, I think you better explain this now."
